Taking its roots from the Nasi Goreng
Seafood, 

we add Sri Lankan spices to elevate and intensify the flavour.
It’s hard to pick the hero in this dish… is it the perfectly cooked basmati rice or the delectable and rich chicken pieces?
You decide!

The chicken and sea food, pieces are gently cooked with ghee, yoghurt and spices to make sure all the rich flavours are absorbed and sealed in. We then add layers of chicken on layers of rice to build the biryani – topping it all off with cashews and sultanas. Oh… and did we mention that everything is lovingly slow-cooked
